Luxury in Edinburgh’s Historic West End

Coming in Spring 2027

One of Edinburgh’s most exciting hotel openings, The Bonham Townhouse will open in May 2027 after a meticulous, extensive renovation of the Grade 1-listed Findlay residence at No. 3 Rothesay Terrace.

Moments from Princes Street, The Bonham Townhouse is a boutique hotel set in a beautifully restored period townhouse. Original features and elegant, newly designed bedrooms meet the warmth of authentic Scottish hospitality.

29 bedrooms range from Townhouse rooms to Deluxe and Junior Suites, through to our unique 2-bedroom Garden Suite with exclusive access to your own private garden, right in the heart of Edinburgh.  Ideal for families or friends travelling together.

Whether you are here for a weekend in the city, a business trip, or a longer stay, The Bonham Townhouse is a refined, restful place to return to after exploring Edinburgh.
